EASY FLAT RATE DELIVERY

Most orders are despatched within 3-5 working days, however at peak times or when stock is limited delays may occur. At such times please allow up to 28 days for delivery. You will be advised by e-mail of any expected delays shortly after ordering.

ADDRESS
You can either have your goods delivered to your home address or you have the option to enter an alternative delivery address, so that you know someone will be there to sign for delivery.
It is important that a signatory is available to sign for the consignment at the advised delivery address. Please note that a signature will be required. Should you be out at the time of delivery a card should be left for you to advise that an attempted delivery was made and for you to contact the appropriate depot to rearrange or collect.
Please note parcels that are returned to Horseweb-UK where a signature could not be obtained, and have not been collected from the couriers depot within five days will be subject to a additional £15.00 couriers charge.

FREE DELIVERY:
On all orders of £150 and over.
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK
We are happy to deliver goods outside the UK. Please ask for an estimate. We will need to know the address and the details of the order to be able to provide a cost and estimated delivery time.

CUSTOMS
Goods ordered from Horseweb-UK for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches it’s destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.

AVAILABILITY
We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.

RETURNS
If you find the goods unsuitable or you are not totally satisfied, providing you notify us within 7 working days from receipt of the goods and return to us unsoiled, unused and in the original packaging you will be entitled to an exchange or refund less postage costs (if applicable).
You will be required to arrange and pay for the return, the goods should be well packed and clearly labeled enclosing your returns form and a copy of the invoice.
Returned goods will be subject to a 10% restocking charge.
We do not give refunds on items returned after 14 days, or damaged goods not notified to us within 7 days from receipt. It is your responsibility to obtain proof of postage as should a returned parcel become damaged or lost we do not compensate.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning cancelled or unwanted goods.

HYGIENE REGULATIONS
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, it is regretted that we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).

DESCRIPTIONS
Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct, but we reserve the right to affect changes, these will be notified to you at the time of ordering.
